How Do We Hire

At Talentela, we love having people who are passionate about what they do.
In fact, we place a lot of emphasis on hiring people who are not just experts at what they do, but who also thoroughly enjoy their trade.
Our hiring process is a 360-degree evaluation of a prospect’s skillset as well as their emotional synergies. Since we’re a 100% remote workplace, we also assess candidates based on their ability to work on projects remotely.

Our hiring process involves the following steps –

Creative and Critical Thinking

The screened candidates are assessed on their analytical, problem-solving and emotional skills. We only advance the talent that demonstrates a strong IQ backed with a high EQ and a zest for creativity.

Technical Aptitude

The selected candidates are further assessed on their technical soundness and knowledge. We ensure that our team is up-to-speed with the current trends and skills in the world of digital marketing.

Background Evaluation

The first step of the screening process is to understand in-depth the applicant’s background and skillset, through a comprehensive online form. We also check references, wherever required.

Compatibility Test

Our HR executive interviews the candidates about their experience, expectations and their commercials. Metrics like hourly rates and typical project timelines are discussed.

Induction and Onboarding

Lastly, the top candidates who have proven their subject matter expertise, are interviewed by our co-founders and are then inducted into the Talentela community after acceptance of the final offer letter.
